Becoming a Sponsor
Without the kindness and generosity of our sponsors we would not be able to offer the varied programme of music that we do or to run the Award competition.
Although we have a group of loyal sponsors who help year after year - and to whom we are vastly grateful - we are always keen to welcome new sponsors.
What is Sponsorship?
The talented performers who come to Music at Beaulieu generally have to be paid a fee and, sometimes, travelling and accommodation expenses, although a number of generous Beaulieu residents regularly offer accommodation to artistes. Quite simply, sponsorship money goes towards those fees and expenses.

|
We find it best that a sponsor is associated with a particular concert. In this way we can give sponsors a little in return for their generous help by acknowledgements in the programme, mail shots, press advertising, publicity and, if they wish, on this website. Some sponsors, particularly private individuals, prefer to remain anonymous and we are careful always to respect this. All our sponsors are, of course, offered a generous number of free seats at ‘their’ concert.
Whilst many of our sponsors are from the New Forest and adjacent areas, some are national and international companies. The range includes individuals, local businesses such as hotels, landscaping experts, estate agents, investment managers and large corporations.
|
How much will it cost?
As you would imagine, sponsorship is something that we treat seriously, carefully, confidentially and on an individual basis. Here are some cost indications, although we stress that they are guidelines. The minimum levels for a concert are £600 for an individual and £750 for corporate sponsors, although some very generously give more than these amounts.
Some of the more costly events and the Award itself are jointly sponsored by several individuals or organisations.

Interested?
If you would like know more about becoming a sponsor, the Sponsorship Secretary would be very happy to hear from you and discuss things.
