Virtuoso soloists Rose Gosney (violin) and Dr Robert Markham (piano) join the Nova Foresta Philharmonic Orchestra for an unforgettable afternoon of two great Romantic concertos: Bruch’s Violin Concerto and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2.

About the Concert
Rose Gosney is a rising British violinist recognised for her expressive musicality and assured technique. She has performed widely as a soloist and leader, and her artistry has been celebrated through a number of awards and scholarships as her career continues to develop.
Dr Robert Markham is an internationally acclaimed British pianist whose career spans major solo and concerto performances as well as conservatoire teaching. Known for his depth of interpretation and powerful command of the instrument, he brings exceptional insight to the passion and brilliance of Rachmaninoff’s iconic Second Concerto.
They are joined by the Nova Foresta Philharmonic Orchestra, a professional ensemble based in the New Forest, celebrated for its vibrant performances and commitment to bringing outstanding live classical music to audiences across the region.
Doors open at 3:15pm.
There will be an interval with drinks at the back of the church.
